Use of the field owned by ‘Who Let The Dogs Out is strictly by appointment only.
When visiting ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ you enter totally at your own risk. This includes ensuring that you have the appropriate pet insurance cover in place in the unlikely event of any accidents, bites, injury, illness, etc caused during your visit to the ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ field.
You must be over 18 years old to bring your dog(s) onto the field. Children are welcome to accompany a responsible adult, but they must be supervised at all times. When making a booking, you must give honest details of the number of dogs that will be attending your allocated time slot. Any changes to this must be notified in advance to us.
Ensure you always have parental guidance over your children during your visit. The dog equipment is strictly for DOGS ONLY. No children or adults are allowed on the dog equipment at any time.
At no time should dogs/puppies be tethered to any structures eg fencing, posts, gates, dog equipment, etc. Dogs/puppies should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dogs/puppies to ensure you are aware of what they are doing and are SAFE. The client will not allow their dogs/puppies to dig in any part of the field. If your dogs cause any damage please inform us immediately so that we can repair and make it safe for the next clients.
There is a secure 6ft fence around the field but we cannot accept responsibility for escapees. Please ensure the gate is fully closed and secure before letting your dog(s) out of the vehicle / off the lead.
The boundary and security of the field are checked regularly but if a client notices a problem they should inform us immediately. The client will not interfere or make any alterations to the layout of the field.
The field is a countryside-based facility and as such, although maintained by ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’, there may be branches, stones, uneven ground, mud, and leaves in the field. The field may get wet and muddy, so clients must ensure they have suitable footwear.
No dogs or puppies are allowed on the field if they are unwell. This is to preserve the health of all dogs visiting the site as some may have weakened immune systems.
Please clean up your dogs/puppies poo. There are poo bins around the field.
Please don't arrive too early, and give yourself plenty of time to leave so the next clients can access the field. Should you enter the field later than the time of your booking, this will not alter the end time of your booked time slot. Dogs must not meet in the car park and should be kept in the car until the previous client has left the premises.
Puppies must be over 5 months old to use the field. Clients must ensure that all dogs using the field are up to date with their flea, worming, and tick control. All dogs must wear their collars with an up-to-date tag.
There are NO refunds for missed appointments. You must give 48 hours notice to cancel your time slot and re-book a new time slot. Bookings are personal to the client and may not be transferred or sublet to other persons.
Parking of vehicles is only permitted in the designated parking area and is limited to 4 or 5 cars. There is a secure 6ft fence around the field but we cannot accept responsibility for escapees.
For safety reasons, the field will be open at specific times during the Summer and Winter months. Strictly no access to the field is allowed outside these opening times.
Harsh handling of any dog(s) either verbal or physical is strictly not allowed.
If anyone breaks our terms and conditions they may be asked to leave with immediate effect with NO refund.
‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their discretion, for example in the event of bad weather conditions or if an individual has not complied with our terms and conditions. Subject to the reason for the withdrawal of the facility, any advanced payment may be refunded. However ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ shall be under no liability for any expenses or loss sustained by the client as a result of the use of the facility being withdrawn at our sole discretion.
‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ reserves the right to use any material including texts and images provided by you to us, for marketing and promotion.
‘Who Let The Dogs Out and the land owner are not responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury, death howsoever and by whomsoever caused expecting that caused by the negligence and willful misconduct of ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ of its employees, whether to property, dogs or person(s) sustained whilst at ‘Who Let The Dogs Out.
DECLARATION
I agree to abide by these rules, terms, and conditions, and accept that the use of these facilities is at my own risk, and, my associates, family, friends, and dog's behaviour and actions are my sole responsibility and no claim can be made against ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ or the landowner.
I accept that ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ will not be liable for any liability, losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses, or other liability incurred by the client through hiring the use of the field.
Where group classes take place, where there is more than one adult with dog(s), it is agreed that one member of the booking party shall sign the agreement which in return confirms that all members of that booking shall abide by all terms and conditions.
